There were fouls upon fouls which were observed by the referee but refused booking as most of the fouls required yellow cards.

Ghana seemed to give up during the 77″ as their Captain and Star player Asamoah Gyan was substituted for Emmanuel Clottey.

Ghana have gone far froma 31 years without a title at the senior level on the continent.

The refereelooked so desperate to be the centre of attraction and attention on the pitch and it was so ridiculous exaggerating all he was doing at the moment, which was a bit strange.
