Football Horoya AC – Guinea : An agreement with the South African club Orlando Pirates!

The CEO of AC Horoya club champion of Guinea, Antonio Souaré is about to sign an advanced partnership with his South African counterpart of Orlando Pirates, Dr Irvin Khoza, to achieve the ambitions of the club from continental to the suburb of Conakry, officials said.

On the sidelines of the festivities of the last biennial African football, Souaré Antonio, staying in South Africa, took the opportunity to enter into negotiations with the owner of Orlando Pirates.

During their discussions, the host pointed out that Guinea is not to finance the club. But instead, he wants to learn from the experience of Orlando Pirates, African champion clubs in 1995 to learn about its restructuring to reform his own, he said.

Since he took the reins of the club, Antonio Souaré announced his intentions to launch reforms as among other modernizing the club, the construction of a training center.

For example, he inaugurated a brand-spanking new headquarters in mid-2012 for his club in the suburbs of Conakry. In his sights, he said that he dreams a journey like that of  the Tout Puissant  Mazembe of DRC.

He also recruited a sponsor and a brand for the club engaged in African competitions.

The latest news, sources close to the AC Horoya argue that the negotiations between the two sides are very advanced and friendly matches, training sessions and priority exchanges of players are on the menu of the partnership, they said.

According to the same sources, the leaders of the two clubs would like their partnership to be   very strong and lasting and transcending time and men, we have been reported.
