Gossip Rally Africa : Jas Mangat wins the 3rd round of the Championship in Uganda

The third has been successful for Jas Mangat (Photo) which accounts for the MPU Challenge Rally, the third round of the Uganda Rally Championship held on 4 and 5 May around Kampala.

Forced to retire in the first inning and had to escape little from the victory with a puncture, the driver of the Subaru has not failed and has his first win of the season.

the local star relegates Ronald Sebuguzi, winner of the second round over a minute and a half. Duncan Mubiri came up on the top step of the podium with a penalty of nearly five minutes.

Sebuguzi and Mangat position themselves at the head of the Ugandan Championship with 185 points each, 8 units ahead of Mubiri. The biggest loser is probably Ponsiano Lwakataka, championship leader before this round but he was not to start because he could not stand for technical checks before the race.

Victim of an overheating of the engine of his Subaru Impreza Prodive, Super Lady Susan Muwonge is not among the 11 survivors of the rally.
