Sead Hasanefendic is the new coach of the national team of Tunisian handball. He signed on Saturday a 3-year contract with the Carthage Eagles. He comes from the German Bundesliga club GWD Mindem.
The Croatian technician replaces the French Alain Portes. The objective assigned to him is the qualification of Tunisia for Olympic Games scheduled in 2016 in Rio de Janeiro.
Tunisia is a homecoming for Hasanefendic who has already led the country in 2011.
