FIFA has released its monthly ranking of national teams. Spain continues to dominate world football. La Roja is ahead of Germany, Colombia, Argentina and the Netherlands. The top 10 is unchanged.

Africa is dominated by Ivory Coast despite its five seats lost. The Elephants of Ivory Coast now occupy the 18th rank. Ghana, Africa’s second largest country, occupies the 24th place ahead of Mali (32th), Algeria (34th) and Nigeria (35th).
