Africa FIFA rankings: Ivory Coast, the first African nation

Africa is dominated by Ivory Coast despite its five seats lost. The Elephants of Ivory Coast now occupy the 18th rank. Ghana, Africa’s second largest country, occupies the 24th place ahead of Mali (32th), Algeria (34th) and Nigeria (35th).
