We just learnt. Zambia national team has been dissallowed to land in Kumasi. Officials we join in Accra explain to our reporter the situation. “The Chipolopolo of Zambia can not land kumasi with their chartered flight because the Kumasi airport is not an international standard, this means, the Zambians must first land in Kotoka International airport in Accra before they can pick another flight to Kumasi“.“The Ghana Football Association has no hand in stopping the Zambians from landing Kumasi with their chartered flight, it is per the rules of Ghana Aviation that international flight can never land in Kumasi airport until the airport meet international standard“.
The Zambians are expected to arive Ghana later in the day,they will move to Kumasi to prepare for the crucial match against the Black Stars of Ghana.
