Brazilian star Kaka believes he still has a lot to learn from the next generation of stars at AC Milan after his return to the club this week on a free transfer from Real Madrid.The 31-year-old helped Milan to the title in 2004 and the 2007 Champions League but made fewer than 100 league appearances for Madrid.
“It’s really nice to be back,” he said. “Seeing all the people at Milanello again made me feel like I’d never been away. I’ve learned a lot from players with more experience than me and now it’s up to me to take on the role of an expert.
“Real have some very specific plans for the team and the space afforded to me was growing smaller and smaller, so I agreed my departure with Ancelotti. Real are a great club and I’m happy to have been part of their history but I lost the joy of playing football a bit there. I think this is the right place for me.”
