Senegal advanced with a 1-0 triumph at ten-man Uganda’s expense. Mane Sadio struck late on for the  TerangaLions , who benefited from Godfrey Walusimbi’s 38th minute sending off. The west Africans finished top of Group J with 12 points – four points ahead of closest challenger Uganda.
Group I leaders Cameroon will battle Libya on Sunday for the last spot up for grabs.
