Africa Kotoko poised to defend the title as they score Aduana 2-1 in their first league game

kotokoChampion club Asante Kotoko  have shown they are battle-ready to lift the Ghana premier league for the third consecutive time as they came from a goal down to win their game against Aduana Stars at the coronation park .

Aduana player Daniel Darkwah stunned the porcupine warriors  when he opened the scoreline just before half time but Didi Dramani boys showed their readiness to win the title . Jordan Opoku who returned to Kotoko after a season with Brekum Chelsea equalized in the 18 minutes of the second half before Seidu Bancey sealed the deal when he scored the second goal for the champion club.
This win will boost the players confidence as they prepare to meet their arch rivals Accra Hearts of Oak in Accra on Sunday.
