Africa 2014 World Cup is my priority: Ogu

john ogu eagles~2Super Eagles midfielder John Ogu has vowed to ensure that Nigeria will qualify for the next year’s FIFA Wolrd Cup in Brazil.
Having been named in the 23-man list of players to battle for shirts ahead of the first leg play-off fixture against Ethiopia, Ogu is hoping to give his best to help Nigeria get past the Walya Antelopes in Addis Ababa.
Ogu in a message on his official twitter account reiterated his desire to ensure Nigeria scale through the play-off round unscathed for a place in the final cut for the African quota at the FIFA torney but warned that no team should be underrated.
“All 10 African teams in the World Cup play-offs are good formidable teams. None should be written off. We need to respect all of them “, the Super Eagles player said “My biggest priority is to qualify my country for the 2014 World Cup in Brazil. God bless Nigeria”, Ogu tweeted.
