The draw for the knockout stages of the European Champions League has reserved a pleasant surprise to Didier Drogba. The Ivorian striker, who currently plays with Galatasaray will play against Chelsea, his former lovely club.

This is an opportunity for the Elephant to find José Mourinho, who also dreamed of such an opportunity. In an interview with the Sun, Drogba returned to the important role played by the Portuguese coach in his career.

“He (Jose Mourinho) said: ” If you want to become a great striker like Thierry Henry or Ruud van Nistelrooy, you should come with me to England, Chelsea. I was a good player in Ligue 1 but he has allowed me to become one of the best in Europe. That is why for José, I was able to go the world hog,” said the former Marseille striker.
