Cameroun Chedjou saves Galatasaray from Chelsea claws (1-1) -Video of goals

9555016Galatasaray and Chelsea left the lawn without a winner in the 8th finals of the Champions League. Both teams were compelled to take pride in a goal everywhere. The Blues led in the first half thanks to a goal from Fernando Torres. Turkish attempts were unsuccessful but a goal was denied by the referee due to the presence of two balls on the lawn.

Back from the locker room, local-based players quickly managed to show their ambitions. While fans were awaiting an individual achievement from Didier Drogba, it is rather the Cameroonian Aurelien Chedjou who drew the scoring to 1-1. The former Lille player through a corner has benefited from the passive defense of the opponent to push the ball into the net.

The duel highly anticipated between Samuel Eto’o and Didier Drogba has hardly occurred. The Lions captain has entered the match in the 70th minute to replace Torres. Barely 10 minutes later, the captain of the Elephants of Cote d’ Ivoire has been replaced.

This is the only draw of the eighth -finals. Nothing is played between the two teams.
