Giovanni Trapattoni is currently in Morocco. The 75-year old Italian coach landed Monday night in Marrakech at 19:30 local time from Milan.

And he could well become the next coach of Morocco on the eve of the Afcon which will take place in the country earlier next year.

He should meet Faouzi Lekjaa, current president of the Royal Moroccan Federation (FRMF) and negotiate a contract with him.

He would always be in competition with Dutchman Dick Advocaat.

However, for the French manager Herve Renard, the Moroccan track seems to go away. He had yet won the African Cup of Nation to the general surprise in 2012 with Zambia.
