Having established a commission to study the records of candidates for the next coach of Ivory Coast, FIF (Ivorian Football Federation) on Monday launched a call for applications for the replacement of manager Sabri Lamouchi .

He has left his post on the evening of the elimination in the World Cup against Greece. Applicants should enjoy: a good international experience, ease in French and holding a high-level coach diploma, among others. Candidates have until July 14 to submit their application.

 “The Commission will be responsible for the analysis of records to select five (05) best candidates for submission to the Executive Committee of the Ivorian Football Federation for the appointment of the new breeder”.

 Herve Renard is already in pole position, followed by Giovanni Trapattoni and Avram Grant. Local-based François Zahoui is however claimed by supporters of the Elephants.
