Raja Bell is not the only player interested in the Lakers since Marc J. Spears reports that California would also have line of sight the free French agent Mike Pietrus.

Pietrus is still without a club after his year in Boston and despite many teams interested, it has so far refused all offers especially because he does not want to sign a contract for the minimum wage.

Minnesota, Toronto, San Antonio would be the last clubs to have approached him. However with the Lakers the same problem should arise, they can not offer him the minimum wage and if it keeps the same line hard to imagine accept this offer.

But a day after a report surfaced that the Lakers had some interest  in Raja Bell if he reaches a buyout deal with Utah, comes this report about the Lakers having interest in Mickael Pietrus,via Marc Spears of Yahoo Sports.

To follow all the same, a proposal for the Lakers is hard to refuse.
