Football Chelsea: Rafa unsure of Blues future

After failing to win in his first three matches as Chelsea boss, Rafa Benitez fears he may not see out the season with the London club.

The Spaniard witnessed his side lose 3-1 to West Ham United at Upton Park on Saturday after leading 1-0 at half-time.

The defeat comes after two goalless home draws against Manchester City and Fulham, and Benitez is no longer sure of his future at Stamford Bridge.

“No. I am not 100 per cent. We didn’t win today – that is the main thing,” he told Sky Sports.

“I would say it depends on the things that we can do on the pitch. So if we improve on the pitch, it will be easier for everyone.”

The Blues play host to Nordsjaelland on Wednesday in a must-win tie.

Benitez’s future could become a lot clearer should the capital club fail to qualify for the next round of the competition.
