The marathon of Singapore is still being successful since its creation in 1982.This year among all the racing competitions organized through over the world, the Kenyan athletes proved that they master the discipline.

At Singapore, the Kenyan proved all the good things people say about them when it comes to talk of marathon.

Kennedy Kiptoo Lilan was the best in the male category in 2h 17’ 21” by forestalling his fellows Luke Kibet(2h 17’ 26”) and Barbao Samason Kiprono(2h 17’ 31”).

It was always the same thing for the female category with the performance of Jerotich  Kosgei (2h 37’ 54”) behind her fellow Fiomena Cheyech Daniel(2h 37’ 57”) and the Russian Alina Prokopeva(2h 38’ 34”).
