Africa Africa Youth Championship : Black Satellites to begin preparations

Black Satellites coach, SellasTetteh has invited 30 players for camping ahead of the 2013 Africa Youth Championship  which will be held in Algeria from the 16-30 March.

The squad is scheduled to report at the Ghanaman Soccer Centre of Excellence on Tuesday, January 8 to begin the first phase of preparations for the continental tournament.

Strikers: Isaac Osae (Heart of Lions), Francis Narh (Tema Youth), Ebenezer Assifuah (Liberty), Ollenu Ashittey (Heart of Oak), Benjamin Fadi (Heart of Lions), Sulley Mohamed (King Fisal)

Sellas, who led Ghana to Africa and World title successes in 2009 will lead the Black Satellites to the Africa finals in Algeria.

The Black Satellites are drawn in Group A against hosts Algeria, Benin and Egypt.

Ghana, three-time winners (1993, 1999 and 2009), will be making a ninth appearance.
