Asamoah Gyan has confessed that there were some likeness between the Ghana squad that took part at this year’s (2013) Africa Cup of Nations in South Africa to the one that made name and a number of headlines at the 2010 World Cup.
Asamoah Gyan helped Ghana score three goals reaching the quarter-finals of the World Cup before they were kicked out by Uruguay in a fake hand goal by Suarez.
Ghana has not won the Africa Cup of Nations since 1982.
