Africa Italy: Burglars break into Obi’s home

Nigeria international midfielder Joel Obi returned home from training on Friday morning to discover that his Milan home had been broken into by burglers.

It seems that footballers have now been the target of criminals in Italy although reports did not state what items were stolen.

Last week Naploi Marek Hamsik was also held at gun point on his way out of his clubs stadium  and former West Ham Valon Behrami was also attacked by armed robbers last year December.

The 21-year-old has consequently been left out the Nigerian national team and is yet to fully recover from his injury.
