Africa Ghana: “Black Stars management must wake up” – Nyaho Tamakloe

The issue of the Ayew’s has reached the peak of personal concerns as former GFA chairman Dr. Nyaho Tamakloe has called on the official and management of the Black Stars to investigate the current practice of players suddenly taking temporary leave from the team without questionable excuses.

Dr. Tamakloe Nyaho further explained that if the practice is not checked on disciplinary measures the future of the team would be at stake.

“If you agree with me, the circumstances leading to the exit of the Ayew brothers, is different and I think we need to do things differently because we need these two play makers in the team and therefore the FA and the management committee must wake up and stop this current trend,” he told Joy Sports.

The former GFA chairman passed his comment after Frances – based players, sons of the Ghanaian legend Abedi Pele, Jordan and Dede Ayew announced their temporary retirement from the team on Tuesday.
