Africa Ghana : Laryea Kingston complains about return

32-year-old midfielder, Laryea Kingston has revealed that ‘politicians’ in the Ghana Football Association have prevented him from returning to the Ghanaian national team as he returned in 2012 to revive his career in a bid.

The ex Lokomotiv Moscow player has been noted for indiscipline since he joined Hearts of Oak been out of form and is serving indefinite suspension for assaulting a club official at Hearts.

“I see the GFA officials just don’t want to see my face in the national team,” he said.

“Otherwise I should be making a return by now following the efforts I have made.

“I don’t know why, they (Ghana FA officials) are politicians so I have stopped worrying myself over it.

“Are they saying all the players playing in the local league are better than me?

“I should be at least in the local Black Stars.”
