Kenya would face Nigeria the 2013 AFCON champions in Calabar on 23rd March to compete for the 2014 World Cup qualifiers.
However, Kenya newly appointed coach Adel Amrouche has said that playing Nigeria is like playing any other country and that the motivation is always normal whether it’s a qualification game or not.
“As I coach I don’t fear Nigeria although I know they are a good team. As a team we must have belief in ourselves and work hard on winning matches without getting worried of the opposition,” Coach Adel Amrouche said.
Kenya who lies at the bottom of Group F are three points behind the Nigerian team (Super Eagles).
Th coach also spoke about fans wanting good results and claimed it was the case everyhwhere.
“This is a problem not only in Kenya, but also in the continent. Don’t believe and rely always on what people say, when you don’t work with passion you cannot achieve results,” he said.
