Gossip Monte-Carlo: Tsonga avoids Davydenko’s trap

Jo-Wilfried Tsonga rallied in the third round of the Masters 1000 of Monte-Carlo.

The seeded No. 6 of the tournament of Monaco gave his first racket shots of this Monte-Carlo Rolex Masters 2013 at the Court Centre against the Russian Nikolay Davidenko.

After the first set to find his marks on the ocher surface, the child of the clay rolled out in the second round to win 7/6, 6/2 in 1 hour 26.

Tsonga is looking forward to know his second round opponent who lies between Nicolas Almagro, Jurgen Melzer or David Goffin.
