Africa Ghanaian goalkeeper Felix Annan in Club Brugge trial

Ghana Premier League club Asante Kotoko have granted permission to goalkeeper Felix Annan to undergo trials with Belgian Pro League side Club Brugge.

The 18-year-old netminder left the shores of Ghana on Tuesday to begin a two-week trial with the Bruges-based club. The Ghana U20 goalkeeper obtained permission from Kotoko in order to take the trials in Belgium.

Despite being just third on the pecking order behind Abdoulaye Soulama and Isaac Amoako, the teenager is widely regarded as one of Ghana’s brightest prospects as Brugge look to capture him for the nearest future.

Annan was part of the Ghana U20 team that finished second at the 2013 Africa Youth Championships hosted by Algeria.
