A blow to Adam Larsen Kwarasey. The keeper of the Black Stars of Ghana on Monday will undergo an eye operation, said his club. The Captain of Stromgodset (Norway) declared having some flaws in the eye and wants to take a break of one month from the championship to heal this.

The operation will take place in Oslo and Kwarasey will make the rehabilitation before resuming competition on June 22.

Bad news also for Ghana that will be without its goalkeeper for the next two games of the 2014 World Cup qualifier against Lesotho and Sudan.
