Brazil does not skimp on the means for a successful Confederations Cup.

For the opening and closing of the competition, the Brazilian state leverages the army for security. And drones fly over the stadium in Rio de Janeiro and Brasilia. The Brazilian Air Force (FAB), plans to use two of its unmanned aircraft for surveillance.

The drones are equipped with cameras, radars and sensors to monitor the movement of people or vehicles, indicates soptr.fr. These drones will be at an altitude from 2000 to 500 meters. The Confederations Cup begins June 15 and ends on the 30th of the same month.
