Africa 2014 World Cup playoffs : Mission almost accomplished for the Pharaohs

Egypt approaches increasingly Rio 2014.

The success gained last weekend against Zimbabwe (4-2) is a serious step towards qualification for the World 2014. As part of the 5th day, the Pharaohs are moving to Maputo to face Mozambique.. A draw against the Mambas is enough for the Pharaohs to accomplish their mission.

“Sunday’s win was very important, but we have not yet won the qualification. We need to focus on our next two games in order to accomplish our mission, “said Bob Bradley, the U.S. coach of the Egyptian team.

“Victory is the key word in all of our meetings, without considering the name of the opponent. Our goal is to qualify for the World Cup. We will do our utmost to achieve it, “says Ahmad Al-Mohammadi, the right side of the selection.
According to the qualification system, the winners of the 10 groups will qualify for the finals, of which five will represent Africa in the next World Cup.
