Despite a difficult period (editor’s note, 1 win, 1 draw and 5 losses in 2013), the XV of France which took a beating Saturday (against the All Blacks 33-0) moved up one place in the rankings. France (81, 59) takes the 4th place at the expense of Wales.
Zimbabwe (52, 57 pts), ranking second African nation, occupies the 31st place worldwide. The African podium is completed by Morocco 33th with 52.35 pts.
