Remember well the name. Wilhelm Belocian now stands on the 110m hurdles in Europe. The young French athlete from Guadeloupe broke the European record in 13 s 18 at the European Championships in Rieti.

Champion of France cadet in his class since 2011, Belocian takes over the French athletics. In 2012, he cleared in 13.30 seconds, the record of France (Junior) recorded by Samuel Coco-Viloin (13 s 35). Among the cadets, he also dethroned Ladji Doucoure (13 s 26) who was held the record in the 110m hurdles since 1999.
