The new world queen of the 100 meters is the Jamaican Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce.

She becomes again the world champion in the 100 m. It was in 2009 that she was champion for the first time. She also carries out the world performance of the year in 10.71 seconds (wind: -0.3 m / s).

The two-time Olympic champion (2008/2012) easily beat the Ivorian Murielle Ahouré (10.93) and the American Carmelita Jeter (10.94), the defending champion.

Fraser-Pryce is 26 years old.
