Teddy Tamgho will align with the triple jump on Friday at the Brussels meeting, accounting for the Diamond League. The French athlete from Cameroon became the world champion in the triple jump with a prodigious leap to 18.04 m on 18 August in Moscow.
The Cameroon arrived in the Belgian capital with the intention to climb on the highest step of the podium.
“It is difficult to know in what shape I was two weeks after Moscow because after having missed a week after the World Championships, I did not much train. I only sought to maintain a physical basis.
