Following the sanction scooped by Cape Verde and its elimination in favor of Tunisia, FIFA has updated its ranking of September unveiled Thursday.
This new classification also requires an upheaval in hats of dams of World Cup 2014 qualifying, contrary to the information provided by the CAF earlier in the day.
It is then Tunisia that gets seeded alongside Côte d’Ivoire, Ghana, Algeria and Nigeria. Egypt remains in the second hat with Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Senegal and Ethiopia.
The draw for the final round will be held on September 16 in Cairo (10am GMT).
Hat 1: Côte d’Ivoire, Ghana, Algeria, Nigeria, Tunisia.
Hat 2: Egypt, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Senegal, Ethiopia.
