Jerome Boateng side Bayern Munich yesterday thrashed Kevin Prince Boateng’s side Schalke 04 a whooping 4-0 at the Veltina-Arena.

Following a good start, which saw Kevin-Prince Boateng go close on two occasions, a two minute double salvo on 21 minutes saw Bayern race clear, with the rest of the game a mere formality against a disheartened Schalke outfit.

Goals from Bastian Schweinsteiger, Mario Mandzukic, Franck Ribery and Claudio Pizarro were enough for the visitors to run rampant against a toothless Schalke side, and there won’t be too many positive words from Jens Keller after that performance.
