Africa Ghana FA signs three year contract with Supersports to broadcast Ghana Premier League

gfaGhana Football Association has sign a three year contract with Supersport for exclusive coverage and broadcast of the Ghana Premier league.
Speaking on Happy FM the spokesperson of Ghana FA Ibrahim Sannie Daara admitted that the two sides have gone into three year contract but refused to give into details the contract agreement as he says it is against one party’s rule. Supersport started coverage and broadcast of the Ghana league last sunday broadcasting the crucial match between arch rivals Accra Hearts of Oak and league champions Kumasi Asante Kotoko.
Supersport will broadcast six league games in a week and the Ghana FA spokeperson agreed the new signing will bring a change in the league schedules. Some games will now be played on Saturdays. “This will help market the Ghana league to the World, the World will now see the real football talent in the country, lets join hands and make our relationship with Supersports a memorable one“, Daara said.
