Ghana international Matthew Amoah is expected to be back in action for Heracles Almelo next two weeks.

The striker wanted to feature in the derby against FC Twente over the weekend in which Heracles were thrashed 3-0 but could not race against time.

The Ghanaian striker signed this summer on a free transfer from Heerenveen and has already spent four weeks recovering from a hamstring injury. He is set to be fully fit in two weeks time, Amoah scored on his debut for Heracles and he is expected to play a key role when he returns.
