Africa Coach Tony Lokko blames Referee Adzoku for Berekum Chelsea defeat

LokkoCoach of Former League Champions Berekum Chelsea Tony Lokko  suffered his first defeat in the premier league to his former employers Amidaus Professionals and blamed officials on the day for his side’s downfall.
Referee Sylvester Adzoku handled the game and was assisted on the touchlines by Kennedy Bentil and Abu Williams with O. B. Amankwah as the Fourth Official.
I believe our defeat on Sunday was caused by bad officiating and you saw how the referee handled the game. Every move by Chelsea was judged off side and tackles was against Chelsea. Chelsea even conceded when we were playing on top of our game,” he lamented after the game.
Just look at the bad tackle on Latif Mohammed, a national player for that matter,” Lokko adduced. Lokko urged the authorities to tighten up officiating for the beauty of the game as the league enters the third week with a fixture against Medeama SC at the Golden City Park on Sunday.
