Africa I knew we will score Egypt but not this margin, Asamoah Gyan

gyanegyptGhana Black Stars captain Asamoah Gyan has admitted that even though he had hopes that the Black Stars will score the Pharaohs of Egypt, he never believe they could score that much.

Gyan who scored the first goal in the fourth minute of the game admitted that the early goal was very important expecially in crucial games like that. “Egypt is a very strong side so scoring that early goal was very crucial,i thank the players and all Ghanaians for their massive support, we are not yet in the World Cup, we will train hard to score them in the second leg” Gyan said.
Egypt need to perform magic in other to make their dream to qualify to the World cup since 1990 come through.
The Egyptians were thrashed by 6-1 and  must score the Black Stars 5-0 in the second leg before they can earn a ticket to the 2014 World cup in Brazil.
