Africa Black Stars ready to play in Cairo with no fear

Black-Stars-celebrate1This is what assures Ghana FA boss Kwesi Nyantakyi about Black Stars’ World Cup Brazil 2014 Playoffs’ return leg against Egypt to be held on November 19 in Cairo.

Ghanaian Stars initially had fears to play the game in Cairo due to the current unsafe security in Egypt.

But following FIFA’s inescapable decision to maintain the game in the Egyptian capital despite Ghana’s complaint seeking a neutral venue, Ghana FA boss judged it better to sensitize their players on no danger in playing in Cairo.

“Initially they [players] had fears but we have spoken to them and they have been psyched up,” Nyantakyi said.

“The players are now ready to play.”

Ghana thrashed the Pharaohs with a 6-1 win during their first leg tie played past October 15 in the Baba Yara Stadium in Kumasi.
