Ghana Stephen Appiah believes Essien will excel in Italy

Appiah-and-Essien-1024x605Africa Top Sports reported Sunday on the arrival of Ghana international midfielder of Chelsea Michael Essien at AC Mila in Italian Serie A.
The player left the Stamford Bridge after the approval of Coach Jose Mourinho that he did fail to thank while releasing his first words at the Rossenero.

But the concern of the day is the encouraging and strengthening words of compatriot and former teammate in the national squad, Stephen Appiah who thinks Italy is the right place for the former Real Madrid player.

“Playing for AC Milan in Italian football will suit his style. Milan is the one club where I can say they are like a family,” Appiah is quoted by Allsports.com.gh

“All the players play there for years so I wish him luck and he will return to the form that made him such a great player.”
