Brazil 2014 World Cup 2014: Curitiba Stadium could be excluded by FIFA on Tuesday

Visiting Brazil since Saturday, Secretary General of FIFA , Jerome Valcke went to see the evolution of the site and according El Pais, FIFA could announce the exclusion of Baixada Arena Tuesday.

The latest site as far as the evolution of work is concerned including forums still largely devoid of seats; the status of Curitiba Stadium aroused the concern of the governing body of world football who had threatened to get it excluded. This might be done today after the visit of Jérôme Valcke.

As a reminder, the delivery of 12 stadiums was originally scheduled for December 31, 2013. And the Curitiba stadium would especially house Australia-Spain (group B), Honduras- Ecuador (group E), Iran- Nigeria (Group F) and Algeria -Russia (H group) in the group stage.
