Football Oklahoma City Thunder and Bayern Munich combine

oklahoma-city-thunder_bayern-munichBayern Munich announced Tuesday a partnership with the Oklahoma City Thunder.

We’re not talking a conversion of Serge Ibaka, Kevin Durant and others into football, although it could do with a Bayern jersey, but it is about cooperation between the NBA franchise and the basketball section of the Bavarian club.

“We will actually work with the Thunder, and their representatives were amazed at what we have implemented in recent years,” said Svetislav Pesic, the coach of the basketball team. Yet the terms of this partnership, which should extend beyond the purely sporting aspect, are not clearly defined.

Arrived in Munich on Monday, Thunder representatives attend Wednesday at the Allianz Arena the second leg of the UEFA Champions League between Bayern Munich and Manchester United.
