Difficult to agree with him, as is often said, but in football anything is possible. This is probably the creed of goalkeeper Vincent Enyeama. Interviewed by our colleagues from RFI/France24 Monday after his coronation for Marc -Vivien Foe Award 2014, the Lille player believes in the chances of Super eagles in Brazil.
“Yes, everything is possible. We can win. Ghana was close to the semi-finals [in 2010]. If we do our best together, anything is possible”, he said.
The man who does not consider himself as the best goalkeeper in Africa despite his incomparable performance on Ligue 1 lawns expressed his joy after being voted the best African player in Ligue 1: “It is a great honor, great pride. I want to thank everyone who voted for me, who supported me”.
Enyeama has left nothing to chance. He already has an idea about his conversion. He can be clearly seen in the cinema after his career: “Yes ! I hope so! Maybe after football. Who knows? I have already run a lot of commercials. I know that being an actor, it’s nice. I am willing to be”.
