While training resumed this week in Tunisia, the resumption of the championship is perhaps not very far away.

According to local media, the Tunisian Football Federation (FTF) is counting on resuming next August. This is a good forecast for a number of clubs that have visited training centers in compliance with all safety protocols. This is the case of the Espérance de Tunis, which resumed collective training by separating the players into two groups of seven.

The resumption may be facilitated by the current coronavirus environment. In fact, Tunisia has not recorded any new contamination of Covid-19 for several days. To date, the country has 1,051 confirmed cases, including 929 people recovered and 48 deaths.
