Africa Soccer Marc-Vivien Foé Prize : the eleven finalists are known

Since 2009 , a prize is given to the best African player of French Ligue1 in memorial of the latter Marc-Vivien Foé , former Cameroonian player died on the pitch on June 26 , 2003 at Lyon .

Players available to Marc-Vivien Foé Prize are those who have worn their national team colors during the season , and have at least played 15 Ligue1 games .
