Club officials in Nigeria denounce the management of the NPFL (Nigeria Professional Football League). They threaten to create another parallel entity.

Led by Ifeanyi Ubah and Kunle Soname, these leaders intend to create their League. By this decision, they denounce the management of the entity recognized by the NFF (Nigerian Football Federation).

In addition, the new league will reward the winner of the championship with 100 million naira. Or twice the current NFPL pot.
