The Ghanaian midfielder underwent tests after an injury during Hapoel Tel Aviv’s 0-0 draw with Hapoel Beer Sheva FC. The game took place on Saturday June 6 2020.

Emmanuel Boateng lasted 73 minutes in Saturday’s game before being injured forcing his substitution. He fell on his back after being hit in the ribs at the Toto Turner Stadium in Beer Sheva.

A test was run on the Ghanaian to ascertain the veracity of his injury which came out with positive results. As he has been declared fit for their Cup Match on Wednesday against Bnei Yehuda at Netanya stadium.
