Africa Mohamed Salisu: Rennes has reached an agreement with Valladolid

Good news for Stade Rennais that has set its sights on Mohammed Salisu since few weeks. The Breton club reached an agreement with its Spanish counterpart while in discussion with Real Valladolid to recruit the Ghanaian.

According to RMC, the two parties agreed on a transfer for around 12 million euros. That amount corresponds to the release clause of the native of Accra. Rennes had initially made an offer of 8 million euros which Valladolid rejected.

The hardest being done, Rennes must now agree with Mohammed Salisu, under contract with Real Valladolid until June 2022.

With 28 appearances in all competitions, the Ghanaian is also in the sights of Manchester United and clubs in England.
