As the Swiss championship is resuming this weekend, Serey Die will not take part in the games with FC Sion. The League has not  qualified the midfielder.

“We should notice that the necessary conditions are not fulfilled. Particularly that his last work contract expired after the end of the previous qualifying period,” the independent Commission said.

Serey Dié joined FC Sion at the end of May until 2022. He returned to the club 7 years after his first passage. However, the Ivorian will have to wait before playing again.

The Transfer Commission nevertheless states in its decision that the player will be qualified from the start of the new qualifying period.

In addition, his compatriot Xavier Kouassi and the Swiss of Ivorian origin, Johan Djourou, are allowed to resume the season with Neuchatel Xamax.
