African players abroad Man Utd Vs Sheffield United: Ighalo Goes In search Of First League Goal

Manchester United forward Odion Ighalo quest for Premier League goal in the club jersey will be under spotlight on Wednesday night when the Red Devils host Sheffield United at Old Trafford.

Ighalo will be available for selection in Ole Gunnar Solksjaer squad as Man United will be hoping to return to winning ways.

The forward came in as substitute for Anthony Martial in the 1-1 draw against Tottenham last week.

Since joining Manchester United on loan from Shanghai Greenland Shenhua, Ighalo has scored four goals all coming in the Europa League and FA Cup.

The 2019 AFCON highest goal scorer trained with the team on Tuesday and showed his determination to help the Red Devils pick a UEFA Champions League ticket for next season.

Manchester United and Sheffield United played 3-3 in the first leg at Bramall Lane.

The Red Devils are fifth on the league table and a win will see them close the gap to two with fourth placed Chelsea.

They must try and avoid an upset from Sheffield who could dethrone them to fifth on the table with a win.
